Sinus Infection Natural Remedy

It is not uncommon for people to suffer from allergies at different times of the year. The first thing you should do is irrigate the nasal passages and remove mucous and other things that are causing the infection or making it worse. Combine a ¼ of a teaspoon of salt with one cup of warm water. Put the solution into an ear bulb syringe and squeeze it gently into your nose.


Buy a root of ginger and grate a ¼ of a cup into boiling water. Let the ginger simmer for fifteen minutes and strain. Dip a washcloth in the water until it is damp and place it over the whole of your face.


The nasal passages will swell and become painful because of the amount of mucus building up inside. Combine one teaspoon of horseradish with ½ teaspoon of olive oil and one teaspoon of lemon juice. This solution can be eaten with food. It will burn going down – but it works wonders.

Grape Seed

Grape seed extract is full of antioxidants that help to reduce the inflammation. Take fifty milligrams of it three times every day to help your body to heal faster.


This is easy to do and can be done no matter where you are. Press down and massage around the nose. Try to focus on the base at the bottom of the nose and the cheeks. Applying the right amount of pressure will relieve pain and help the passages to drain.
